With over 11 years of experience in the dental field, Carly brings a unique blend of compassion, organization, and analytical skill to her role as Systems Manager. Her passion for mental health and advocacy led her to earn a degree in Mental Health Counseling—an experience that continues to shape the way she supports patients and their needs. Though she never expected a career in dentistry, she quickly found fulfillment in championing patient rights, especially when it comes to navigating the often-complex world of insurance.

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Carly thrives in the details of dental administration and enjoys building systems that improve both the patient and team experience. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, reading, traveling, spending time with her family and three dogs, and exploring abandoned places in search of her next spooky adventure. She finds the most joy in reconnecting with her lifelong group of friends.
