Appointment Policy after your first visit

BROKEN/NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Please help us maintain the highest quality of care by keeping scheduled appointments. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least a two-business-day (or 48-hour) notice to avoid being charged a Broken Appointment fee of $30.00. If a patient does not call to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment and fails to keep the appointment, it is considered a “No Show Appointment.” In the case of a No Show Appointment, any future appointments for the patient will be removed from the schedule, and a No Show Appointment fee of $30.00 will be assessed. Patients with multiple Broken or No Show appointments may be moved to Same-Day scheduling or may be dismissed from the practice.

LATE ARRIVAL TO APPOINTMENTS

In an effort to serve our patients in a timely manner, we ask that you arrive on time (or early!) to your appointments. In the event that you are running late, please call the office. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule and a Broken Appointment fee will be charged. Patients who are late to multiple appointments may be changed to Same-Day Scheduling or may be dismissed from the practice.
