My sister recommended Steve A. Sato, DDS, Dental Excellence, because she knew our childhood experiences visiting the dentist weren’t very pleasant. From the initial phone call scheduling a visit, to the reception staff, to the dental hygienist, ask for Megan she is outstanding, right up to Dr.Sato, top tier across the board. Everyone was friendly and personable, they are customer service driven and detail oriented, they explained each step, asked if there are any questions and review the process and procedure with you.
I’m scheduled back in about a month for some major work. I’m totally confident everything will be first class. If not, l will amend my review, but l highly recommend Dr. Sato to all reading this review. Tell them l sent you, ☺️

However, I was required to pay my co-pay before receiving services, and there was limited information available about the expected costs. I would appreciate greater transparency regarding billing and insurance coverage. Patients should receive a detailed statement showing the total charges, the amount paid by insurance, and the exact amount they are responsible for paying. While the quality of care was very good, the billing process could be improved to provide clearer communication and avoid confusion.

They offer gum numbing for sensitive mouths during cleanings. The hygienists have a way of making you want to take the time to care for your teeth properly without making you feel guilty about an lapses you may have had. The office has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I had a really negative experience with my previous dental hygienist at another office. It prevented me from going back for a year which really affected my dental health. I have fibromyalgia and dental cleanings have become very painful. This really frustrated my dental hygienist. During my first visit at this office, they immediately offered options to make it painless. A lot of my pain also comes from TMJ. I had the same night guard for 9 years. I am now getting a much better option that will help relax my jaw muscles not just address grinding. I didn’t even have to go through traditional teeth impressions. They have a scanner wand! I am relieved that now I can get my dental health back on track!
