Sterilization Protocol
We’re Dedicated To Treating Patients in a Safe and Sterile Environment
At Steve A. Sato, DDS, our patients are our top priority. In addition to receiving top-quality dental care, we know the safety and cleanliness in our dental office are of utmost importance to our patients.
Our entire staff is fully aware of our safety and sterilization protocols and committed to providing every patient a safe and clean experience in our dental office at all times.
We have implemented a variety of new cleaning and safety protocols. Plus, we ensure that all waiting areas, treatment rooms, and tools are kept sterile. We use ADS Extraoral Dental Suction Systems to remove aerosols from treatment rooms, which helps keep the air free from any floating contaminants.
Increased Safety Measures
As it is in all aspects of healthcare, cleanliness in dental care has always been a top concern. However, since 2020, sterilization has become increasingly important in all public spaces.
At Steve A. Sato, DDS, we’re doing everything we can to create a clean and safe environment for our patients in both the waiting and treatment areas of our dental practice. We’ve increased our sterilization protocols to keep high-touch and high-traffic areas of our office safe with more frequent cleaning.
To keep our patients and entire team healthy and safe, we go above and beyond the sterilization guidelines from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Ohio Dental Association (ODA), the Ohio State Dental Board, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA).
