I had a little bit of a wait, but when I was called back by the hygienist things went really efficiently. My hygienist did a great job in explaining what would happen at this visit and let me know that I may not receive a cleaning at this visit as they want to take time to assess all my potential dental issues. The best part was that I could schedule my next appointment right there with my hygienist and not have to go back out to wait for the front desk to help (although they are very nice people!). But one less step is always nice! I like Dr. Satos approach and manner. Very gentle and straightforward. Happy to have found this dental practice!

Friendly, professional staff. Lauren is thorough cleaning my teeth. Dr. Sato is knowledgeable. Easy scheduling and reminders. Always a great experience. Took my toddler to her first appointment and Lauren and Dr Sato were great with her. She loved every minute and is definitely not scared of the dentist.

Excellent experience! The onboarding as a new patient was quick and efficient. A receptionist called within a day of applying online and got an appointment set up within a few weeks. All forms could be filled out online which was so helpful for my visit! The receptionist was very friendly. My hygienist, Lauren, was super friendly as well and explained everything as we proceeded. Dr. Sato was great, helpful recommendations and explanations all around from him and Lauren. Everyone was so welcoming, I had a great experience and am very glad I chose this dentistry!

Genuinely and authentically caring, kind, and competent staff that have perfected a relaxing and highly efficient process. For my twice annual teeth cleaning with xray, I can leave my office, drive the 11 minutes there and get back with sparkling pearly whites in less than an hour 😁 p.s. I love Dr. Sato and my hygienist, Lauren 🥰

Great professional service I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly face when I enter the office. My tooth chipped pretty badly and I havent been to the office in over a year. I called told them what happened and they got me in the next day, no questions asked! I appreciate that I wasn’t scolded for not coming in for my regular cleanings.(I know better) i was so nervous that I would. Thank you. I’ve been coming to Dr. Sato for almost 8 years. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Its never a wait, everyone is always friendly and the quality of work from all is superb.

Dr Sato has been my dentist for 25 years and after a work life experience I had to leave and find another dentist that was closer to my work and that experience was horrible and that is when I decided to return to Dr. Sato. The experience was fantastic again and I will continue to return to Dr. Sato for my dentistry needs.

Have Been here multiple times and has always been a great experience. Not once did I ever feel any pain from their procedures. Very professional and has a unique touch and vibe that makes you feel calm. The only thing that saddens me is that they no longer will accept Delta Dental. I guess I have to look for another insurance.

Dr Sato has been my dentist for almost 30years and I will never go to anybody else!! He had to do severe dental work on my mouth for years and I am so impressed about every tooth he had to fix,repair and reconstruct. My teeth was one of the biggest challenge he had to work on. He changed my whole self esteem smiling pretty. 🤩 His staff is amazing as well. I became good friends with Brenda as our kids growing up together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!!

I’m very nervous about going to the dentist. But here they are very quick to put you at ease. They are very attentive and caring as soon as you walk in. Dr Sato has a very calming way about him. He asks a lot of questions and really LISTENS to my answers. He explains everything in details and makes sure all my questions are answered. I have been searching for a decent Dentist office ever since I moved to Dayton and it is nearly impossible. This is now my 3rd dentist office in the last 3 years! I am absolutely overjoyed that I finally found a place that doesn’t make me wait hours after my appointment time and have amazing dental hygienist who do things right! Very grateful to Sato and team!

Holly cleaned and examined my teeth. She is very thorough and identified areas of concern that Dr. Sato followed up on. Dr. Sato reviewed all of the radiographs and identified the steps needed to correct the problem identified on x-rays and hands-on evaluation. I now know the process for correcting my dental problems. Everyone is very professional, listen to concerns, and answer all questions. I was so impressed with the quality of care I recommended Dr. Sato to my husband.

I have been going to Dr. Sato DDS, for 37 years. He is the best dentist I have ever been too. He and his entire staff are so professional and personable. Dr. Sato is truly a Gem and Dayton Ohio is fortunate to have him. He is top tier, excellent , experienced Dentist and his knowledge is tremendous.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sato for about 1.5-2 years and I have been very pleased with my experience. I came from an out-of-network family dentist who was a long drive back to my hometown. I was nervous about the transition from a familiar setting to somewhere new, but I have to credit Dr. Sato and his team for making it an easy one. No matter how many questions I had, they always took the time to explain what they were doing, why, and how it would help. Walking into Dr. Sato‘s office is like a breath of fresh air! I had called the office to inquire whether or not the dentist was accepting new patients, was asked a few simple questions and sent a link where I filled out initial paperwork. I was greeted by smiling faces, and got right in! I was taken care of by a kind, understanding, and down to earth team of professionals. The dentist himself was extraordinary; so willing to patiently sit and listen to your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and make suggestions. My heart is so full, having found this office! Holly, the Dental Hygienist is very warm and inviting and positive and cheerful and nice. She does a great job with your teeth and she really cares. Dr. Sato is great and is an excellent doctor says nice things to you and makes you feel at ease. The office staff is really nice and they know who you are when you walk in the door. The waiting room is pleasant and clean.

Dr Sato and hygienist Lauren are fantastic! Lauren gives a very thorough cleaning while being warm, approachable, and so sweet and encouraging to my 4 year old daughter. Similarly Dr Sato is gentle and spends the time to check your mouth in detail and answer questions. I would highly recommend Dr Sato and team, especially for kids!

Incredibly efficient hygienist. Dr. Sato seemed to look at my x-rays extra closely, too, as he began his examination. Office staff appears to have a good grasp on the automated processes they put in place. I appreciate the culture this practice has built for itself. It humbly and effectively serves patients.

I called to get an appointment at the last minute for my daughter before she went back to California and Taylor was so compassionate and did everything she could to get me an appointment she did what she promised and called me as soon as there was a cancellation…I truly appreciate the entire staff and will be returning back .

Well first off I haven’t been to the dentist in over 12 yrs. Dr. Sato office made me feel like a queen that I am. I tell you Lauren I love her so much. She made me feel so comfortable and special. She answered all my questions and she laid everything on the line. I was nerves at first because I hadn’t seen a dentist in so long!! I’m gladly to tell you guys. No cavities at all!!! Or oral cancer either. Dr. Sato introduce himself and he as well made me feel like I was in good hands. Now I’ve been to other dentists and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Most dentists is about the money. I would recommend this office to co/workers and family members as well. So you can experience what I did. First impression are priceless!! It was difficult as usual during my teeth cleaning, but Megan is a pro. She knows where my sweet tooth spots are. I appreciate the help. I grew up without dental insurance in a single parent home, so I really didn’t learn the importance of flossing until around high school/early college days. By that time, I’ve been playing catch up ever since. So I appreciate Dr Sato and Megan’s patience when dealing with my teeth and gums. I try really hard to hold up my part. I thank them for their kindness. Shoot Dr Sato been dealing with me since the Saidel days off Valley St. It’s been quite awhile.

I’ve been coming to Doctor Satos office for 5+ years now. I can say they are the nicest, most caring dentist office I’ve been to. Whether I have an issue with a tooth or just a cleaning appointment, they are so knowledgeable and always deliver the best experience for me(someone who does not care for the dentist). I can’t say enough good things about their staff; from the receptionist, hygienists, to doctor Sato.

Like everyone else, the dentist is a dreaded visit. Due to my previous Dentist putting off and canceling my appointments (even the day of) I took a coworkers recommendation for Dr. Sato and his team. I found my “forever dentist”. So gentle and caring and they did a great job getting me back on a great plan to get back.on track. Very happy with EVERYTHING!!

I ended up at Dr Sato’s because I had canceled an appointment with my former dentist because i was sick and they couldn’t book me in for another for 9 months. I decided to find another dentist, and I’m glad I did. They are really great at Dr Sato’s, and very thorough. Even my teenage kids like how thorough they are. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a good dentist.

Per usual, my dental experience was great! I have been a patient with this establishment since they were located on Valley St. I have always had great experiences. I certainly would not stay if otherwise. Everyone is kind. The rooms are always clean. The appointments are timely. Finding a good dentist can be a challenge. I have found one and I would definitely recommend Dr. Sato’s office!

This office staff is excellent, everyone was so friendly and kind. The dental hygienist was excellent, so professional and patient with me, she explained every x-ray and answered all my questions. Dr.Sato came after hygienists was done. Dr.Sato very friendly, looked at my x-rays and explained different options to me regarding my dental care. I have already recommended this office to a friend.

This was my first visit and it was great! Very smooth experience and they were even able to add on my cleaning during the initial exam and x-rays. Very convenient for my schedule. Office staff were very accomodating and got me in on a cancelation. The Hygenist was so kind and thorough. She and Dr. Sato took time to explain what they were seeing, as well as ways I could be proactive at home. I’m currently enjoying freshly polished teeth feeling, and grateful for a good dental experience! A wonderful new to me practice after my previous, Dr. Hartman, retired.

Dr. Sato is a wonderful dentist. The hygenists are thorough and gentle. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. They were very patient answering my questions so I could select the best dental insurance for me. I have gone here for years and am always happy with the work (cleanings, exams, crowns, etc.) they have done.

My first appointment went great. I have bad dental anxiety and they did their best to keep me at ease. I also feel like they really try to explain to you what they are doing and why. Finally, they also don’t try to “sell” you procedures. I had 1 potential cavity spot but they said it looked ok for now and wanted to keep an eye on it and encouraged me to brush well in that area. Most dentists would hop on the opportunity to “sell” you a filing and get more money. I appreciated that they didn’t push for that when it wasn’t necessary. I have had past dentists that make me feel like I’m talking to a used car salesman.

The best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. The staff is professional and thorough. The equipment they use is top notch. You can tell when you’re there they take your dental health very seriously. I had to switch dentists because of my company’s insurance change, and it was rough. Could not find another dentist like Sato.

I had my first appointment at Dr.Sato’s office for a standard cleaning and x-rays. The staff was super helpful and they explained to me everything they were doing. They gave me great tips for how to take better care of my teeth and they were very careful when doing my cleaning to make me comfortable.

Very courteous and friendly staff who are professional and well-rounded in their knowledge – you will be in good hands! Dr. Sato, the dental hygienists, and the office staff are all down to earth and helpful. They have been accommodating of my teacher’s schedule, too, by trying to find times that work for me so I don’t need a sub for my routine visits! 🙂

Dr. Sato has been my dentist for a looooong time. Since the seventy’s. I have watched him grow from general dentistry into his passion for making a beautiful smile for each is his patients. Dentistry is changing quickly and Dr. Sato keeps up, requiring himself and his employees to be proficient with the newest equipment. My teeth were cleaned this morning by a young lady who was practical,sweet to an old woman, and passionate aboutremoving plaque that had been hiding. I’m a high strung person. Hate wearing a mask and not a fan of going to dentist. I came in after 6yrs of not coming in. Had no insurance and life issues, time passes faster than you know. I would chose no other dentist to help me through it. Imagine if I kept all my teeth ooh and lost my hair. Anyways I appreciate him

So, I went to Dr. Sato’s office after having successfully avoided the dentist for TEN years. My mouth was a mess, as expected, but the staff were so friendly and understanding and helpful. No shame or shade was thrown! It was a great experience, especially given how nervous I was. The hygienist was gentle and friendly, and Dr. Sato is very warm.

Everyone from the lady at the front desk, to the hygienist that did the preliminary evaluation to Dr Sato himself were helpful, professional and tried as much as possible to answer my questions patiently and thoroughly. I usually don’t leave google reviews but the experience was good enough to share! I recommend them.

I have been going to the office 4 times this year during the pandemic and felt pretty comfortable of going. They require all patients and employees to wear a mask. Before entering , they will take a temperature and require using hand sanitizer. They also use disposable plastic covering for patient seats. Dr. Sato is very professional and all staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

I’ve been neglecting finding a dentist due to moving frequently. I had my first appointment with Dr Sato in 10 yrs and it was great. The front office staff is great, the office is very clean and in an excellent location. Megan the dental hygienist has excellent communication skills that help you not think the worst. Everything was above my expectations. I feel confident we will fix the problems because of my neglect and end up with a healthy mouth and avoid long term problems. Don’t let anxiety stop you from seeing a dentist. His office is definitely a judgement free zone.

Pleasant staff makes for a pleasant experience. I get very nervous at the Dentist office regardless of the procedure. The entire staff do their best to make the visit painless and comfortable. They respect the appointment time and are efficient and careful. The office is very clean and the staff uses all the up-to-date protection equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Sato’s for all your dental needs.

This is a great place to go for dental care. First, everyone is cheerful and they have a cozy crackling fireplace on the TV in the waiting room. Second, they give you a gift bag of dental goodies for starting with them. Third, they get pre-estimates on any work you need done so you can decide before you’re billed. I even had a situation where I was about to switch insurance, so they tried to figure out both what it would be with my current insurance or if I waited a few months. (Can we get medical doctors to do this, please?!) Finally, they make sure you are totally satisfied with the work in your mouth–I came back after a filling due to a sensitivity issue, and they took care of me. I literally look forward to getting my teeth cleaned here–it’s like a calm break from my small kids with happy people waiting on me. Thanks, Dr. Sato and crew!

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Sato DDS and all of the staff.  I love the great hospitality shown.  I appreciate the awesome professionalism and quality of work. There was a holiday giveaway and my name was chosen.  I was so excited and very appreciative. My brother recommended Dr. Sato and staff because of their professionalism, affableness and expertise. I did have some concerns going to the office because of COVID, but Dr. Sato’s staff and he were prepared and exceptionally practiced the appropriate protocols for keeping themselves and their patients safe. I was impressed. From the front office to meeting Dr. Sato it was a great experience. My appointment went well. Holly, the dental hygienist welcomed me to the practice as well as the front desk associate. Holly was personable, kind, knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient with my questions and those especially concerning the new equipement (The ADS Extra Oral Suction System) which absorbs aerosoles from the air during patient care. I think it’s a game changer for those afraid of making office visits to the dentist because of COVID. Dr. Sato anticipated the needs of his office staff and patients for their accommodation, safety, and peace of mind. As they say, “We’re in this together.” Holly was dressed in the appropriate and recommended PPE. She was efficient, thoughtful and conscientious. During my visit, she explained the procedures she would be performing and also provided information and suggestions to improve my home oral care. Nice lady. When meeting Dr. Sato he also welcomed me to his practice. This was a very different experience then what I am accustomed to. It was like he and his staff appreciated you being there and not to mention your business. Dr. Sato and staff appeared to be serious about patient care and most importantly, inspiring a mutual compatability amongst us all. In fact, I’m looking forward to my next visit. 🙂

I have been going here a few years and I recommend them to anyone the staff is professional and always make you feel comfortable there is no wait hardly even before the pandemic they are the best around I’ve been to many dentists over the years and this is the best I take my son my husband goes and soon as my other kids are old enough they will go too, you won’t find a better well trained friendly professional staff, I can’t say enough good things about them. You almost want to take them home with you lol. And the friendliness and knowledge is genuine.

Very pleased with my first visit. Holly, the hygienist, was knowledgeable and friendly without making excessive small talk. She answered my questions thoroughly and was non-judgmental. She didn’t rush the exam or cleaning and was careful about not causing discomfort. Dr. Sato was also very friendly and professional and didn’t rush through his exam. I look forward to future visits.

Well today I had a deep cleaning upper and lower right side. Lauren was my hygienist and I tell you. Lauren is one of a kind. I love how she explains everything she’s going to be doing. Very caring and knowledgeable as well. I’m hook on her forever. I’m looking forward building a relationship with her and Dr. Sato as well. The whole office you get good vibes. And that’s what I like. I have been receiving services at Dr. Sato’s office for 20 years. They don’t provide the “in and out” kind of service that some may receive from their doctor. The technicians care; if you have any concerns they’re willing to discuss those with you and suggest solutions for better oral hygiene. If you are looking for a new dental family I recommend Dr. Sato and his team.

I was referred to Dr. Sato’s office and WOW!! I had an incredible experience from the front desk staff, to Holly, my hygienist who was AMAZING!!! So patient and thorough! Dr. Sato was so friendly and assuring. This is the best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist. We will be making Dr. Sato our family dentist.

Today was my first experience with a dentist outside of the military. The staff did a great job and was super courteous to me. I was very nervous being in a civilian environment since im so used to Army docs and dentist but they made me feel at home and was very attentive. They explained my options and even set me up for a surgical removal and all I had to do was show up. I recommend Dr. Sato and his staff to anyone who needs dental work and especially veterans who are insercure in a civilian environment.
